Email support@slaptunee.com with your SlapTunee account email, device type, app build number if available, and a short description of the issue.
Purchase Help
If you were charged but a song did not start, open SlapTunee, go to Profile, and tap Restore Purchases. Restore checks for unfinished store transactions. If the issue remains, email support with the approximate purchase time and product shown by Apple or Google.
Failed Generations
If a generation fails after purchase, SlapTunee may grant a replacement app-side generation credit through the backend recovery flow. Do not make repeated purchases while the original generation is still processing.
Playback and Export
SlapTunee is the primary in-app player for generated songs. Use Save to Files or the native share sheet when you want to keep an exported MP3 outside the app.
Privacy and Account Requests
Use the in-app Delete Account option when you can access your account. If you cannot sign in, follow the fallback steps at Delete Account.
